Your Daffany jewelry piece is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defect for one years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

60 Day Returns

What's the return policy?

• If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Daffany items within 60 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
• Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
• All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What's the return process?

We are pleased to offer two return options:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Daffany.
2) We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

Elsewhere -- Returns must be shipped to our returns provider in Hong Kong (where import duties/taxes do not apply). The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. 

Partial returns for Buy 1, Get 1 40% Off promotion
When purchasing products that qualify for our Buy 1 Get 1 40% off promotion (BOGO40), the discount will be based on the lowest priced product in an applicable pair. If you choose to return one of the two products included in an applicable pair, that pair will no longer qualify for the BOGO40 promotion and your refund will be reduced with the BOGO40 discount amount.

Example: if your first product included in a qualifying pair is USD$40 and your second product is USD$30, the price you pay would be USD$40 + USD$18 (after 40% discount) = USD$58, and your total discount is USD$12. If only one product is returned, the refund will be the original price of that product reduced by the discount. I.e. If you return the product originally priced USD$30, your refund will be USD$30 - USD$12 = USD$18. If you return the product originally priced USD$40, your refund will be USD$40 - USD$12 = USD$28.
If you return both products, your refund will be USD$58.

Exchanges

What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

This item comes with our luxury packaging, including a velvet-lined, hinged jewelry box tied in ribbon. We include a reusable cotton pouch in every order.

We also slip one reusable cotton pouch into every jewelry shipment.

Sustainability is a core value of our studio...after all, we started Daffany because we were fed up with the 'throwaway' attitude of fast fashion.

Our current sustainability efforts span four areas:

1. Longevity (product design): We use the highest quality materials so they provide you with years and years—if not a lifetime—of enjoyment. That means sterling silver, solid 14k gold in our jewelry (no fast-fashion brass over here!)
2. Recycled base materials where possible: Our solid gold and sterling silver pieces are made with 100% recycled gold and silver.
3. Sustainably-sourced diamonds: Our diamonds are all lab grown, meaning that they are physically, visually and chemically identical to mined diamonds, but guaranteed to be conflict-free.
4. Recycled packaging materials: Our packaging boxes are made with recycled grey board, and the paper in our boxes and inserts are from FSC-certified sources.
