We offer a replacement & a refund policy for quality issue, if your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed or missing, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction or refund for you as your choice.
Note: Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be replacement or refund unless it has quality issue(defective,damaged,incorrect,missing). Please return after confirmation.

1. Items issue caused by your personal reasons(choose the wrong size, enter wrong engraving, changed mind, personal taste, etc) are not refundable. Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.
2. Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals that can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
3. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
4. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from refund.
Daffany will compensate customer $10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:
